Review by Mike Sanderson

If I had to recommend one particular product for anxiety and panic attack sufferers it would be Joe Barry’s Panic Away program as that is the one that helped me the most. Whatever your anxiety disorder; whether it’s panic attacks, phobias, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, agoraphobia or obsessive compulsive disorder, the Panic Away system is designed to work with all of them. There are chapters on specific phobias such as the fear of driving and public speaking. Joe Barry is very good at explaining his techniques in a very simple and clear common sense style. He claims that every single person can eliminate their anxiety by following the Panic Away Program without any exceptions.

Joe Barry suffered from panic attacks for many years which enables him to share his information with his readers with an understanding of what they are going through. The Panic Away book is based upon the same methods that he used to eliminate his own panic attacks. The method that the Panic Away program will teach you is a completely natural way of eliminating panic attacks and anxiety. At the core of the Panic Away program is a simple technique called the One Move technique. Once you have learned and applied this technique you will have at your disposal a powerful method that can quickly eliminate panic attacks before you are overwhelmed by them. You will find that your anxiety levels will become controllable. Once your anxiety is under control there can be no more panic attacks.

The book contain case studies illustrating how people have used the One Move technique. These provide examples of how Panic Away can be used by people with all types of anxiety disorders to eliminate their panic and anxiety. It’s great to read about similar people with similar problems turning their lives around using this system. There are other people like you and they do get better using these techniques. Suffering from anxiety and panic attacks can be a lonely and confusing experience. It’s helpful and comforting to read the success stories of other people overcoming panic attacks and anxiety.

Panic Away will also teach you stop thinking unwanted and anxious thoughts. This is something that all anxiety sufferers will benefit from but it will be of even more importance to those who suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder. The book also contains chapters on exercising, diet and nutrition and how these all have an effect on your anxiety levels. You will learn how changing your diet to eat healthier foods can reduce your anxiety.

As a bonus you will also be taught a powerful self help technique called Thought Field Therapy. This also often called Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT. Thought Field Therapy is rather like a form of self acupuncture where you use your fingertips to tap on certain points of the body to release emotional stress. But the One Move technique is so effective that by the time you get as far as reading this chapter you are probably well on your way already to eliminating your panic attacks and anxiety.

Joe Barry also provides unlimited one-to-one coaching to all Panic Away readers if they need it. This is a great bonus if you need help in understanding any part of the course or you start to struggle at any point in applying the techniques. Many people who have been helped by the Panic Away program have submitted video testimonials to the website where they talk about how the program has helped them. If at any time during the 8 weeks from when you purchase the program you don’t believe it is working for you then there is a 100% money back guarantee.

I highly recommend that you try out the Panic Away program because it really works and Joe Barry is great person to have coaching you.

Without doubt hypnosis is a very effective stress treatment of stress. Stress develops when an individual feel he does not have the required resources to cope with a task he is confronted with. Hypnosis changes belief, preception and ability to cope so the subject no longer feels he is no longer incapable.

Dr. Lipton said that up to 90% of diseases are directly due to stress. Vital organs are straved of nutrients and oxygen by persistent stress. This is fine on occasions but when it becomes persistent, diseases are likely.

It is not the situation you confront that is the cause of stress but by the the perception of that situation and whether you feel you have the coping mechanisms to deal with it. hypnotherapyworks remarkably well in stress because it changes your perception, expectation and belief.

Following hypnosis treatment, extremely stressful tasks are transformed into tasks you can easily do because, you now know that you have the resources to successfully carry out anything you are faced with little effort on your part.

During hypnosis, you become deeply relaxed and drop down to brainwave level theta. At theta brainwave level, the barriers that block unwanted information from reaching the Subconscious Mind, relax and the hypnotherapist can alter attitude, belief and expectation.

The safety and power of hypnosis as a stress and anxiety is undeniable. Another recommended stress treatment is meditation. Meditation, however, is difficult in a stressed person because it is not easy to relax and carry out the disciplines. Best practice is to use hypnosis in the first instance and then introduce meditation for the long term and overall life enhancement.

Lets face it. Stress is an unpleasant thing. It takes your libido away. It steals enjoyment out of your life. You can develop anger, rage, anxiety and depression. During stress you become less creative and makes unnecessary mistakes.

The most serious problem with stress, however, is that it stimulates the heart and shuts off vital nutrients to important organs of the body by triggering the fight or flight reaction. This is why research has shown it is responsible for 90% of all diseases. Annually millions of days are lost in industry through stress and the cost to healthy services is enormous.

Hypnosis can change your attitude to stress and it is not just a treatment for your present stress but it gives you belief and coping skills to control stress in the long term.

In a hypnotic session, powerful post hypnotic suggestions are given not just on how to cope with your current situation but generally on all aspects of your life. Things a hypnotist will say are, “You are calm and relaxed. You will have no fear when confronting any situation and know that if it can be done, you are very capable and competent to do it.” This type of post hypnotic suggestion enables you to adopt the attitude, “What is fast and best way of doing this?” rather than, “This task is beyond me.”

So have hypnotherapy rather than drugs, counselling, CBT or psychotherapy for safe and better control of stres. Remember hypnosis is nothing more than a state of heightened awareness where your right brain becomes very alert. The Subconscious Mind is not analytical or filters like the left brain. While remaining in a deep relaxed state, the Subconscious MInd simply accepts positive suggestions.

Stress management is the best way of dealing with stress. In more cases than not, we allow stress to get out of hand and control our lives, rather than us controlling it.  This can cause very real and very serious problems down the road if we don’t take any action against it.Doing a few stress management techniques can go a long way towards reducing the amount of stress that we have to deal with, allowing us to better cope with stress. These activities can be very entertaining, and there is a high possibility that we would easily enjoy them anyway.

Stress on the Loose

Some stress management techniques may include: listening to soothing music and deep peathing techniques. The last category of techniques takes up a bit of time, like yoga and regular exercise.A healthy combination of these stress management techniques will not only result in short term stress relief but long term health too.

Anyone can experience the benefits of stress management. Mild stress is relatively easy to pick up, but more severe stress usually only occurs when we are dealing with life-changing events like dealing with cancer or having a new child. People must understand that no level of stress is low enough to be neglected. No matter what level of stress you are experiencing, you ought to deal with it sooner rather than later. Putting off the unavoidable face off with stress can only worsen the situation making a mild case turn severe in a matter of days.

Stress management techniques really come into play when you’re about to end the day with sleep. Remember to turn off all the lights and especially the TV, and make sure you do not have any loud music playing. Distractions, while they might not stop you from sleeping outright, can easily prevent you from getting a good, deep sleep. Sleep after all is the best time to allow your body to recharge. The better quality sleep you get, the more you’ll be able to recharge for the following day.

Most importantly, give yourself some time to relax every day. You don’t need to be on the move all the time because doing so is bad for your mentality.By simply relaxing for an hour or two each day, you can already get the most wonderful benefits to your physical and mental well being. We should learn to embrace stress because it is an undeniable fact of life and instead start practicing stress management techniques that actually work.
